Our Rooms
We know how important a good night’s sleep is – and how hard it can sometimes be to find when you’re away from home! So we’ve made sure all our rooms are warm, comfortable and cosy. Our rooms have recently been refurbished to a high standard: Each has its own character, individually designed to harness the idiosyncrasies of the cottage’s agricultural heritage, but they all share lovely garden views, super-comfy beds with good quality linen, black out blinds and soft dressing gowns and slippers to relax in.
All our rooms have an ensuite bathroom with a shower, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, toiletries, and tea and coffee making facilities – plus a few sweet treats to enjoy. And of course, with our rural setting, we have the best ingredient of all for a good night’s sleep: peace and quiet! We’re always nearby if there’s anything you need to make your stay even more comfortable.

Garden Room
Located on the ground floor, the Garden Room is the largest of our three guest rooms (24m²; 258ft²) and enjoys a lovely triple aspect with views across the gardens. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet cup of tea or coffee while watching the birds at the feeder just outside the window in the rose garden.
Located on the first floor, the Orchard Room is light, airy and full of character, with double-aspect views across the gardens and the south-west meadow towards the old orchard. Although smaller than the Garden Room (14.4m²; 155ft²), it has a special charm — not least its private, cosy bathroom with a double-ended bath tucked under the original oak purlins and roof windows that fill the space with natural light. It’s the perfect spot for a long, relaxing soak — either alone or with good company!

Pond Room
As its name suggests, the picture window in the ensuite of this east-facing room frames our large wildlife pond and old oak tree, with distant views of the Cotswold escarpment. The smallest of our three guest rooms (12.45m²; 134ft²), the Pond Room is also the cosiest and most characterful, with thick stone walls, exposed original oak beams and joists adding plenty of rustic charm.
